What to expect during your visit

Welcome to Carrington Animal Hospital in West Kelowna, BC! Our team of expert veterinary professionals is dedicated to providing the best possible healthcare and service for you and your pet. Our state-of-the-art facility is clean, comfortable, and efficient, ensuring your pet’s comfort during their visit.

As a new client, please provide us with your pet’s medical history, including any recent behavioral changes or other important details. To book an appointment, simply fill out our New Client Form.

We recommend annual check-ups for your pet’s health and wellness. During these appointments, our care team will perform a full physical exam and assess your pet from head to tail.

Please note that we require 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee.

• We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, direct debit, or cash
• Payments with ScratchPay are now accepted
• We have Trupanion Express direct billing
• We do not offer payment plans
• Estimates available by request
